When will my item arrive?
Ground UPS shipments from our Billings Montana location usually arrive in 1-7 business days and quicker methods are usually available. BeartoothMotorsports.Com may also ship from our Red Lodge Montana or Cody Wyoming Location. The arrival time should be approximately the same. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your item ships from one of our locations. If you have signed up for an account with us the number will also be displayed when it ships. Haven't received your tracking number?
Call us at (877) 292-0526. Also, please check you junk email and/or spam filters as there are times that our attempts to provide you with the tracking information are intercepted. Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! In fact we have become very good at shipping internationally. Rates and service areas are shown during checkout. We do require that items are shipped via a method that provides us with tracking information. We are required to declare the value paid for your item. In some cases this may cause additional fees to be charged to you at the time of delivery. We have no control over these additional fees. Do you have my item in stock? Can I come and pick it up today?
We make every effort to keep items listed on the website in stock unless otherwise specified. While we do have 4 locations available from which to draw in-stock inventory, we also share inventory with these locations.
Whenever possible we will gladly make arrangements for you to pickup your items at one of our locations. Please call us so we can verify stock and prepare your order before you arrive. How do I return an item?
