Our preferred method of shipping is UPS ground.  Other methods are available. We ship WORLDWIDE.

International Orders and Shipping

Shipping charges for international shipping are based on weight and charged at rates set by the preferred carrier.  By submitting an international order customers acknowledge that additional shipping charges may be applied to their order. In some cases, these charges may appear as a COD charge due to customs or duty fees as governed by the country of delivery.  We have no control over these situations.  BeartoothMotorsports.com is REQUIRED to declare the value of your purchase.

Shipping Options

• Ground Shipping - Available for Contigious U.S.
  •  Ground shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., typically arrive 1-7 days after processing depending on the exact origin/destination.
• 3-Day via UPS - Available for Contigious U.S., Alaska and Hawaii
  •  3-Day Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., shipments are delivered on the 3rd Business Day after your order is processed.
• 2-Day via UPS - Available for Contigious U.S., Alaska and Hawaii
  • 2-Day Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., shipments are delivered on the 2nd Business Day after your order is processed.
• Overnight via UPS  - Available for Contigious U.S., Alaska and Hawaii
  •  Overnight Shipments, in the Contiguous U.S., arrive on the Next Business Day after processing.
• US Postal Service
  • Various forms of USPS shipping is available.  However, we will only use methods that provide us with a tracking number and current location information.

How is shipping calculated?

Once you have entered you shipping information, our shopping cart accesses UPS and USPS Real Time Rates to give you up to date shipping rates based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code. In most cases, the rate quoted on the site is the rate you will be charged after your order is processed.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Any order received before 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday will be sent out that day. Shipments are only delivered on business days.

Tracking Number:

Once your order has been processed by UPS, you will be sent an email containing your shipping information and a tracking number. To track your shipment, logon to UPS.com, click the yellow menu at the top marked “Tracking,” click “Track Shipments,” and enter your tracking number.

Out-of-Stock Products:

We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out of a particular item. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.
